MYRYDER C3Plus Fitness Band

No. The C3Plus is app-free: there is no app to download and nothing to pair. You set the time and move between screens with the two buttons on the side of the band, and everything is shown on the LED display itself — steps, distance, calories and the time. That makes it a good fit for schools, factories and corporate gifting programmes where phones are not allowed on the floor. The chipset is specified as BT 5.4, but Bluetooth is not required to operate the band.

Up to 40 days of normal wear on a full charge, thanks to a low-power 32F003 processor. To charge it, pop the main unit out of the band with the tool-free quick release and plug it straight into any USB-A port — a laptop, power bank, wall charger or car charger. There is no charging cable or dock to lose.

It carries a daily waterproof rating, which covers splashes, rain, sweat and hand washing. It is not designed for swimming or diving, and it should be kept away from hot water, saunas and steam.

3D step counting, walking distance in kilometres and calories burned, tracked automatically all day. It also shows the time and can wake you with a silent vibration alarm. It is a step and activity tracker rather than a full health monitor.

No. The C3Plus has no optical heart-rate or SpO2 sensor and no sleep staging. It uses a DA263 sensor for 3D step counting only, and there is no heart rate or blood oxygen reading anywhere on the display or in the specification. If a buyer needs heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep tracking, the C1Plus and C2Plus in the same range are the models to quote instead.

The double-clasp silicone strap adjusts from 141 mm to 214 mm, which covers most adult wrists. The band is 17.2 mm wide and the strap has a breathable woven texture for comfortable all-day wear.
