Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. Myryder Technology Co., Ltd. builds smartwatches, fitness bands and activity trackers in our own 10,000 m² workshop in Shenzhen, China, with 400 staff covering tooling, assembly, testing and firmware — you deal with the team that builds the product, not an intermediary.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 500 pieces per model for OEM and ODM programmes. Tell us the model and how you want it branded and we will confirm whether your order qualifies.
Do you sell single units or accept online orders on this website?
No. This site is a catalogue and an enquiry channel only — there is no checkout and we do not sell one piece at a time online. Factory-direct supply starts at 500 pieces per model. For an evaluation sample, email [email protected] with the model you need.
Can you put our own brand on the watches?
Yes — that is our OEM service. It covers logo and dial printing, private-label packaging, localised firmware language defaults and app branding, available from 500 pieces per model.
Can you develop a watch from our own specification?
Yes, that is our ODM service. Send the screen size, sensor set, battery target, water rating and case material you need and we will come back with achievable options and tooling requirements. ODM programmes start at 500 pieces per model.
What do you customise besides the logo?
Beyond logo and dial printing we do private-label packaging, localised firmware language defaults and app branding. Straps, colours and case finishes follow the options published on each product page.
Which markets do you ship to?
We export to Europe, America, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia. Tell us your destination and we will quote to your port or door, including the documentation your market needs.

Do you hold CE, RoHS, FCC or similar certifications?
No compliance certificate is published on this site yet. Rather than claim a listing we cannot show, we will send the current test reports for the model you need — email [email protected] and ask for them by model name.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the model, order size and how much is being customised, so we quote a firm production slot per enquiry instead of publishing one number. Replies within one business day — send the model and quantity and you will get a dated slot with the quotation.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed per order and quoted together with the order. Email [email protected] with model, quantity and destination and we will return pricing and terms in the same reply.
How quickly do you answer an enquiry?
Replies within one business day. WhatsApp (+86 138 0000 0000) is fastest for short questions about a specific model; use email for anything needing a quotation or documents.
What should I include when requesting a quotation?

Can I visit the factory or request samples?
Both can be arranged. Email [email protected] with the models you want to see and your travel window — factory visits take place in Shenzhen, China.
