500 pcs per model is our standard OEM/ODM minimum, with colourways mixable inside a single order. Below 500 pcs we can quote ready stock, but logo printing, custom packaging and app naming only start at 500 pcs per model.

Yes. The H13 is rated IP67: dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion in fresh water, so rain, hand-washing and sweaty workouts are fine. It is not rated for swimming laps, diving, saunas or hot showers. The H13 artwork we hold does not print the rating, so ask us for the current factory test report before you put IP67 on your own packaging.

One charge is rated for 5–7 days of practical use, and the watch confirms it on-screen with a charging animation and a live battery-percentage readout (31% is shown while topping up). Our supplied materials do not name the charging accessory, so ask us which charger ships with your order before you finalise your retail carton.

Real-time heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen (SpO2) measurement, plus step count, distance in km and calories on the activity dial. Eight sports modes — walking, running, cycling, climbing, skipping, basketball, badminton and table tennis — record your activity through the day.

The H13 pairs over dual Bluetooth 4.2 + 3.0, which is what carries calls, notifications and dial syncing to the watch. Our current materials do not print the companion app's name or the minimum iOS and Android versions, so we will confirm both with the app name attached to your quotation rather than guess on your packaging.

Your order ships as the watch with its colour-matched silicone strap; the on-watch charging screen is what confirms charging status. Tell us your market and we will confirm the final carton contents and can add a spare strap, a screen protector, a charging accessory or a gift box from 500 pcs per model.

Four colourways — black, silver, gold and pink — each supplied with a colour-matched silicone strap and a metal pin buckle with keeper loops. Because the strap colour follows the case colour, a 4-colour order gives you a clean four-SKU matrix for your market.
