Compliance
What each market requires before a watch can be imported
Compliance is where most first-time wearable orders stall. Below is what is commonly required in each market, and exactly how to get the documents we hold for the model you are considering.
No certificate is published on this site yet
We would rather say that plainly than list a badge we cannot back with a document. What we can do is send the current test reports for the exact model you are evaluating — ask by model name and you get what we hold, or a straight answer if we do not hold it.
Send the model and your destination market. Test requirements follow the product configuration, so the answer depends on the watch you are looking at.
Commonly required, by market
Requirements change, and they depend on how the watch is built — a Bluetooth radio, a heart-rate sensor and a larger battery each change what has to be tested. Use this as a checklist for the conversation with your importer, not as a legal opinion.

- CE marking (radio equipment, EMC, safety)
- RoHS — restriction of hazardous substances
- REACH — chemical compliance
- GPSR — General Product Safety Regulation, mandatory since December 2024
- WEEE / EPR registration in the member state of sale

- FCC equipment authorisation — required for Bluetooth transmitters
- Proposition 65 labelling (California)
- UN 38.3 test summary for the lithium battery
- MSDS / SDS for battery shipping

- SASO / SABER — Saudi Arabia
- ECAS — Egypt
- Country-specific label and Arabic packaging requirements

This page describes what is commonly required to place a smartwatch or fitness band on each market. It is not legal advice and it is not a claim that Myryder Technology Co., Ltd. holds any particular certificate. Confirm the current requirements with your importer, marketplace or customs broker.
Requesting documents
One email is enough. Include the model name and the destination market — those two facts decide which documents the order needs, and they are the difference between a useful reply and a generic one.
If you are evaluating several models, list them together. Replies within one business day
Export paperwork
Orders are quoted to your port or door, including the documentation your market needs. Tell us the destination when you enquire and it is priced into the quotation rather than raised later as an extra.
We export to Europe, America, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia.
Compliance questions
Do you hold CE, RoHS, FCC or similar certifications?
No compliance certificate is published on this site yet. Rather than claim a listing we cannot show you, we send the current test reports for the model you are considering — ask for them by model name.
How do I get the test reports for a specific model?
Email [email protected] with the model name and the market you are importing into. A one-line request is enough; you get the reports we hold for that model, and a straight answer if something is not available.
Which market should I tell you about?
Tell us the destination country and the sales channel — a marketplace, a retail chain and a direct-to-consumer store ask for different paperwork. With the destination we can tell you which documents the order needs before it ships, and quote to your port or door.
Can you help with compliance for a new ODM product?
Test requirements are part of the ODM conversation from the start, because the feature set decides them — a Bluetooth radio, a heart-rate sensor and a larger battery each change what has to be tested. Raise your target market when you send the specification.
Do the requirements change over time?
Yes, and they also vary by product configuration. The list on this page is what is commonly required for wearables, not a legal opinion — confirm the current position with your importer or marketplace before you order, and we will support the order with the documents we hold.
Tell us the model and the market
We will come back with the documents we hold for that model, and the questions that still need answering before an order can ship. Replies within one business day
