Working with the factory
What happens between your first email and a shipped order
Most buyers arrive knowing the product but not the process. This is the process — the same seven steps for every OEM and ODM order, whether it is your first container or your tenth.

You send the enquiry
Tell us the model you are looking at — or the specification, if you are starting from a blank sheet — plus the quantity you have in mind, your destination market and your timeline.
You provide
Model or specification · quantity · destination · timeline - 02
We come back with a quotation
Pricing is quoted per order rather than published as a list, because it depends on the model, the quantity and how much is customised. Replies within one business day Prices are quoted EXW Shenzhen unless we agree otherwise.
You provide
Nothing — this one is on us - 03
Sample, if you want one
Where you need to hold the product before committing, an evaluation sample can be arranged. Ask for the models you want to see and we will confirm what is available and how it ships.
You provide
Which models you want to evaluate - 04
Artwork and specification sign-off
Before anything is produced, the dial artwork, logo placement, packaging and firmware language defaults are agreed with you. Nothing goes to the line until you have approved it.
You provide
Logo files · artwork · target packaging · languages - 05
Production
OEM and ODM programmes run from 500 pieces per model. The production slot is confirmed per order against the model, the quantity and the degree of customisation — we quote a dated slot rather than publish a blanket lead time.
You provide
Confirmed order and deposit - 06
Testing and shipping
Assembly, tooling and testing sit in the same building as our engineering team, so the reports come from us rather than a third party. We quote to your port or door, including the documentation your market needs.
You provide
Destination port or address - 07
After the order
Warranty terms are being written down and are not published here yet — ask us directly while that happens and we will put the current position in writing. For anything that goes wrong with delivered stock, email the sales address and it reaches the team that built the watch.
You provide
Nothing
What is not published here — and why
Lead times
Quoted per order against the model, quantity and customisation, rather than published as one number that would not hold for most orders.
Payment terms
Agreed per order and returned in the same reply as the pricing, so you see the whole arrangement at once.
Certificates
No compliance certificate is published on this site yet. We send the current test reports for the model you need instead of claiming a listing we cannot show.
Warranty
The policy is being written down. Ask us and we put the current position in writing, rather than leaving you to assume a term that is not published.
Questions buyers ask at this stage
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the model, the order size and how much is customised, so we quote a firm production slot per enquiry instead of publishing one number. Send the model and quantity and you will get a dated slot together with the quotation.
What do I need to send for a quotation?
Model or specification, quantity, target market, customisation and your timeline. With those five items we can quote without a second round of questions, and you can send them straight from the quote request form.
Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Yes. Factory visits take place in Shenzhen, China and can be arranged alongside a sample request — email [email protected] with the models you want to see and your travel window.
What are your payment terms and warranty?
Payment terms are agreed per order and quoted together with it. Warranty terms are being written down and are not published on this site yet — ask us directly and we will put the current position in writing rather than leave you to assume.
Do you work with first-time brand owners?
Yes. You do not need an existing product line to start — many buyers arrive with a specification or a target retail price rather than a catalogue item, and the enquiry form has a box for exactly that. What we do ask is that you know your target market and rough quantity.
Ready to start at step one?
The quote form asks for the five things we need to price an order. Send them and you get a quotation back with the open questions, rather than a request for more information. Replies within one business day
