Selling wearables online comes down to two things a supplier either solves or does not: whether the product can legally be listed, and whether the paperwork survives a marketplace review. Both are decided before you order.

Which documents will my marketplace ask for?
It depends on the destination: CE and RoHS for the EU, FCC authorisation in the US for a Bluetooth device, and UN 38.3 plus an MSDS for shipping the lithium battery. Tell us your marketplace and destination and we will send the test reports we hold for the model you are considering.
Will the packaging go straight onto a shelf?
Private-label packaging is part of the customisation set, so the box ships with your artwork and your compliance information rather than ours.
Is the minimum workable for a first listing?
OEM and ODM programmes start at 500 pieces per model per model. It is the factory minimum, not a marketplace rule, and it is the same for every buyer that comes to us.
Do you sell on marketplaces yourself?
No. There is no checkout on this site and we do not sell single units — we supply sellers rather than compete with them on the same listing.

Can you supply smartwatches that meet marketplace requirements?
Tell us the marketplace and the destination country before you order. Requirements follow the product configuration — a Bluetooth radio and a lithium battery each change what has to be tested — and we will send the current test reports we hold for the model you are listing.
Do you drop-ship or fulfil orders for me?
No. We are a factory supplying wholesale orders from the minimum quantity upwards; we do not hold stock for individual consumer orders or fulfil single shipments.
Can the packaging carry my own brand?
Yes — private-label packaging is part of the standard customisation set, alongside logo and dial printing, localised firmware language defaults and app branding.
What quantity do I need for a first order?
500 pieces per model. Send the models and the quantities you are considering and we will confirm how the order can be structured.
