How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on the model, the quantity and how much is customised, so it is quoted per order rather than published as a list. Prices are quoted EXW Shenzhen unless we agree otherwise. Send the models and quantities you are considering.
Do you sell direct and undercut your own customers?
No. This site is a catalogue and an enquiry channel — there is no online checkout and we do not sell single units. Factory-direct supply starts at 500 pcs per model, which is why our customers are retailers and distributors rather than end users.
Is it a trading company or the factory?
We are the manufacturer: 10,000 m², 400 staff in Shenzhen, with tooling, assembly, testing and firmware under one roof. You deal with the team that builds the product.

Wholesale & distribution questions
What is the wholesale minimum order?
Factory-direct supply starts at 500 pieces per model. If your first order is smaller than that, send the enquiry anyway with the quantity you have in mind and we will confirm whether it qualifies.
Can I order stock models without any customisation?
Yes. Customisation is optional — you can order the models as they are, or add your own branding on the same order, whichever suits how you sell.
Do you ship to my country?
We export to Europe, America, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia. Tell us your destination and we will quote to your port or door, including the documentation your market needs.
How do I see the products before ordering?
Samples can be arranged for evaluation. Email [email protected] with the models you want to see and the market you sell into, and we will confirm what is available.
