Our run is smaller than a retail order
Corporate and bulk procurement runs on the same factory minimum as everything else: 500 pieces per model. If your programme is smaller, tell us the quantity anyway and we will confirm whether it qualifies.
Will it look like our brand or like a generic watch?
Logo and dial printing plus private-label packaging are part of the standard customisation set, so the box and the dial carry your identity rather than ours.
What about presentation and packaging?
Private-label packaging is customised to your artwork. Straps, colours and case finishes follow the options published on each product page, which is where most of the perceived value comes from.
Do you handle export documentation?
Orders are quoted to your port or door, including the documentation your market needs — tell us the destination when you enquire and it is priced into the quotation.

Corporate gifting questions
Can we order branded smartwatches for a staff programme?
Yes — corporate and bulk procurement is one of our three services. Logo and dial printing plus private-label packaging are available from 500 pieces per model, and stock models can be ordered without customisation if that suits the programme better.
What is the minimum for a corporate order?
The factory minimum is 500 pieces per model. If your programme is smaller, send the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it can be produced.
How do we approve the design before production?
Dial artwork, logo placement and packaging are agreed with you before anything is produced — nothing goes to the line until you have approved it.
How quickly can a gifting order be delivered?
Timing depends on the model, the quantity and the customisation, so it is confirmed per order rather than published as a standard number. Send your deadline with the enquiry and the quotation will be quoted against it.
