Do you actually make the parts, or just assemble?
Tooling, injection, assembly, testing and firmware sit in the same building in Shenzhen, and nothing in our catalogue is bought in from a third-party maker and resold.
What is the minimum for a new development?
ODM programmes start at 500 pieces per model. The tooling side is usually the bigger commitment, so it is worth sending your projected volume with the specification.
What if part of my specification is not achievable?
Specifications, minimums and lead times are confirmed per order, which means we quote against your actual specification rather than a published average — you find out what is realistic before tooling is committed, not after.

Do you handle testing for our market?
Test requirements follow the feature set, so they are part of the development conversation rather than an afterthought. Tell us the destination market when you send the specification and we will raise the relevant documents with the quotation.
Can we visit during development?
Factory visits take place in Shenzhen, China and can be arranged alongside sample review — email [email protected] with the models or the project you want to see and your travel window.
